Organizational responsibilities of seasonal theatre company, including bookkeeping, casting, hiring creative, technical and administrative personnel, selecting plays, negotiating contracts with Guest Artists, fund raising, arranging accommodations for company members, dealing with Smith and Mount Holyoke administrations for use of the campuses’ grounds and facilities, coordination of publicity campaign (MHC), designing the theatre brochure (MHC), composing copy for the brochures and for the weekly theatre playbills, coordinating advertising sales (MHC), composing copy for many varied business letters, editing all printed material, coordinating pre-season recruitment of high school students from around the country for an Apprenticeship Program (MHC).
